Imprinted Concrete

Pattern Imprinted Concrete is a very hard wearing surface and has become increasingly popular with homeowners over the last 20yrs. Although it is very durable, because of the weather and general wear, it can lose its sheen over time. If left to decline it can deteriorate to such an extent that the bare concrete underneath can show through.

The refurbishment process is done in stages:-

• The imprinted concrete is pressure cleaned to remove any surface dirt, weeds, moss or algae.
• 2-3 coats of Smartseal high quality resin sealers are 'broomed' onto the surface.
• The surface may also be re-coloured with sealer tints if it has lost colour. This is done gradually to create an even colouring across the surface of the imprinted concrete.
